Chui Chui Tan is Director of International Research at cxpartners. She works with clients such as Marriott, British Standards Institution and Nokia to understand their customers in every corner of the World and is frequently invited to speak on international user research at conferences in China, the US and Europe.
Her background is in product design, working with Panasonic in Malaysia, and she has a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from Queens University Belfast.
